Marie Kaddell de LexisNexis propose un Best Practices for Government Libraries – 2009 soit un document pdf en anglais de 180 pages  portant le titre : Change: Managing It, Surviving It, and Thriving On It.

Le texte divisé en 3 parties (traduction libre!)

est constitué d’une soixantaine d’articles d’environ 50 contributeurs différents, bibliothécaires d’agences du gouvernement, du milieu juridique et consultants de LexisNexis bien sûr.

La table des matières est vraiment mal foutue mais on peut toujours chercher dans le texte pour arriver directement aux contenus qui nous intéresse.
